A Berry Good Time
3 cups Stremicks Heritage Foods™ Organic milk
1 handful of each of the following:
Strawberries
Rasberries
Blueberries
1 ripe banana
1 tsp honey (or 1 pkt sugar substitute)
Place all ingredients into blender and blend it up until smooth.
Just Peachy Smoothie
3 cups Stremicks Heritage Foods™ Organic milk
2 peaches cut into small chunks
1 tsp honey (or 1 pkt sugar substitute)
Place all ingredients into blender and blend it up until smooth.
Tropical Paradise Smoothie
3 cups Stremicks Heritage Foods™ Organic milk
1 Tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
1 handful of each of the following:
Pineapple chunks
Mango chunks (equal to one whole mango)
2 kiwis
1 ripe banana
Place all ingredients into blender and blend it up until smooth.
Coconut Milkachinno
1 cup Stremicks Heritage Foods ™Organic Milk (any kind)
1 cup coconut sorbet
1/2 cup canned or fresh crushed pineapple
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
Place all ingredients into blender and blend it up until smooth. Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with a wedge of pineapple. Makes 2 servings.
Lime Milkachinno
1 cup Stremicks Heritage Foods™Organic Fat Free Milk
1 cup lime sherbet
1/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate, not thawed or diluted
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with lime slices, if desired. Makes 2 servings. |
